How to use Microsoft Bookings to schedule your meetings
Have you ever found yourself lost in a sea of chats, struggling to locate that crucial piece of information from a few weeks or days back?
With the Control-F function, you can pinpoint specific parts of a chat using keywords or phrases. Imagine the time you’ll save when searching for that elusive discussion, especially in a group setting.
Here’s how it works:
1. Open the chat where you need to find information.
2. Hit Control-F (or Command-F for Mac users).
3. Notice the yellow highlighting at the top, indicating “Find”.
4. Type in your desired keyword.
5. Microsoft Teams will work its magic and show you all the instances of your keyword in the chat.
The best part? You won’t have to endlessly scroll through the chat, wasting precious time.
Instead, Microsoft Teams will neatly display the relevant chat sections, complete with dates and context.
Simply choose the section you need, and your desired information is at your fingertips.
Whether it’s agendas, key discussions, or important references, you’re in control with the control-f function!
